Hey guys! Sorry this is a bit late, but it has been a busy week and this is the first time I have had a chance to sit down and type this up for you. I know what you guys must be thinking right now, where are the shows!? Well these past few weeks have had a lot of real life things for some of the hosts and it is making it hard for the show to come out. The last part of the year is always the busiest for Matt, and he is the one that edits the show for us. So with him covered up with work it is hard for us to get the shows out. So please bare with us during this time and we apologize for this. We will get the shows out when we can and come January we will be back on the weekly show as usual. We also have some great ideas coming with the show too so please stay tuned and get ready for a new experience with the show! WOOHOO! And now here are the topics we hit during episode 11!
First up we hit on some big news if you are with verizon! For a while now verizon has been one of the best cellular networks out there that has no good phones (except for blackberry), and it is all because they have been a closed up company and have not really embraced open source apps. Well I think this is all going to change now that they are finally getting a new partnership with google. Thats right, android is going to be on verizon now and we are all pumped about this announcement! check out the links and give us your feedback on this and if it is something you are looking forward to!

Next we hit another hot topic, and that would be the new operating system from windows known as windows 7. The operating system is getting some great reviews and Matt has been using the release client since it came out. We talk about whether we will get it and what we like about the new system.

Tim comes in again with a great topic and shared with us a cool way for marketing that we would like to see a lot more of. Battleswarm is a new game coming out and the company making this had a great idea for their marketing of the game. They are running a contest that will be judged by the beta team and the programmers of the game. You need to make a movie of you playing the game and they will vote on the best one. The winner will receive some very cool in game lootz!

We finally get to the meat and potatoes of the show (at least in my mind) LOL! Dan's secret topic had us looking at some of the scariest and just wrong toys that have been released. We get a chance to have a few laughs and cringe at some of the ideas that companies have come up with. Also if you see a toy that did not make the list and want to talk about it, drop in the forums and we can laugh and talk about it.

Finally we hit the new segment of the show! We started a new thing where we kind of share a new website we found, or a cool program we use, or maybe just an interesting video we saw. It is just a small bit we like and want to share with the listeners. This week Opey found one that is awesome for the music lover out there. With this program it cleans up and makes your itunes catalog look and work a whole lot better. From finding missing album art to getting all the names of songs correct, it does everything for you. There is a small version for free, and the full version is a really small and good price. So check it out guys!
