Episode 31 – Five’s a Crowd

We have a packed house this week with not one but two guest co-hosts as our buddies Dave and Travis add their own useless information to our own. They weigh in with us on Hulu on the Xbox 360, gamers who spend more time playing games than they would a full-time job, and the first image from AMC’s upcoming Walking Dead series. They also help answer Opey’s big question which asks what it would take for us to take up MMOs again and they reveal which 80s cartoons they’d like to see rebooted during Matt’s Weapon of Mass Discussion.

Episode 30 – Googer

Opey shows his feminine side this week as he regales us with tales of his love for the Diary of Anne Frank. You’ll also hear us look to the future a little bit as we talk about some of the things that came out of Google’s third I/O conference, Dan talks a little nicer about Apple, Opey asks if TV translates well to the big screen, and Matt wants to talk about TV shows that lasted longer than they should have.

Episode 29 – Now with More Opey!

Opey returns this week relaxed, tanned (we assume) and ready to go. The show is a little longer than normal this week but we know you won’t mind, especially since you’ll hear us talk about the story of the newest Robin Hood movie, Red Dead Redemption, and Dan ranting about Ubisoft again. Opey has a big question about TV shows and Matt’s discussion topic was inspired by our buddy Travis even though he said he came up with it on his own. Sorry Travis!

Geek Byte #10 – Iron Man 2

It’s been over a week since Iron Man 2 was released and we’re just now offering up our thoughts on this movie. You’ll hear that we’re kind of all over the place with our thoughts during this Geek Byte but that’s only because we’ve already talked about it so much, and that’s only because we loved it so much. What did you think of the movie?

Episode 28 – Guest Hosts Galore!

We all know and love Opey. He’s irreplaceable. However, he was on vacation this week so we replaced him with Geek Bits uber-fan (and Matt-sister) Caroline. She helps us discuss such things as the MPAA broadcasting new movies straight to your home, EA Sports bending you over to play used games online, and Marvel’s Super Hero Squad getting its own MMORPG. We then bring in our good buddy Dave to talk bad movies. Opey who?

Episode 27 – The Sad Episode

It is with a heavy heart that we bring you this episode. Sure it’s filled to the brim with our trademark witty banter and sarcasm, but there was a somber tone in the air for all of us while we were recording this. You’ll find out why after you listen to us talk about the top 10 most anticipated movies of 2010, Starcraft 2 and the expansion of Battle.net, and the usual secret topic from Dan, big question from Opey, and destructive discussion topic from Matt.
